All purchases made through Jai Ambe Jewel are considered final once confirmed. We accept payments through authorized methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and approved financing partners. EMI options may be available subject to third-party terms. Customers must provide accurate billing and contact details while placing orders. Jai Ambe Jewel is not liable for any incorrect details provided at the time of purchase. Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the concerned authorities.

We maintain strict quality checks, however, minor variations in polish, weight, or design are natural in handcrafted jewelry. Jai Ambe Jewel guarantees authenticity of gold, silver, platinum, and diamonds sold, supported by hallmarking and certifications wherever applicable. Gemstone authenticity certificates are provided for select products. Jai Ambe Jewel does not guarantee astrological results of gemstones, as these are based on belief systems.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on availability, customization requests, or logistics partners. Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control. Jai Ambe Jewel ensures safe packaging but will not be liable for delays once the product is handed over to the courier partner. Customers must inspect parcels before signing the delivery receipt. Damages or discrepancies should be reported immediately.

Custom-made jewelry orders require advance payment and are non-refundable. Modifications to designs may affect pricing and delivery time. Once customized, orders cannot be canceled. Repair, resizing, or exchange services are offered at the discretion of Jai Ambe Jewel and may involve additional charges. Lifetime service policies, if applicable, will be as per store communication.

Return or exchange is applicable only under specific conditions such as manufacturing defects, and must be requested within the stipulated period (generally 7 days from delivery). Products must be returned in unused condition with original bills, tags, certificates, and packaging. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within the standard time frame. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Buyback and exchange policies are subject to current rates and store policy at the time of request. The value of precious metals and stones may vary depending on prevailing market rates. Making charges, wastage, and taxes are non-refundable. Diamonds and gemstones will be valued based on current appraisal, not original invoice value.
